Ingredients:  
1 bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of asparagus or other "cream" soup)
1 c shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 jar pimento (drained, optional)
1 can French Fried Onions, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the vegetables, soup, 1/2 of cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento & 1/2 of French Fried Onions.
Pour into casserole dish.
Top with rest of cheese & rest of French Fried Onions.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
