Ingredients:  
1 can green asparagus, drained & patted dry
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c cracker crumbs (Ritz are best)
1 jar Old English Cheese
1 1/2 c milk
3 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, milk & cheese.
Cook in double boiler until thickened for cheese sauce.
Pour melted butter over cracker crumbs in separate bowl.
In baking dish, spread 1/2 crumbs & 1/2 cheese sauce.
Add the asparagus.
Add the remaining cheese sauce & top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.

Can be made ahead but don't add top layer of crumbs until ready to put into oven. Kids who don't like asparagus will eat this because it is cheesy & crunchy.
