1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c dry sherry
2 tbsp peanut oil
1/2 tsp oriental sesame oil
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 tsp finely chopped ginger root
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Directions:

Mix all together.
Marinade meat in the mix several hours or overnight in refrigerator.
