2 1/2 c light corn syrup
2 1/2 c granulated sugar
1/3 c butter, melted
1 tbsp vanilla extract
5 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c pecans
1 pkg refrigerated pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 13 x 9 inch pan.
Unroll pie crust and put one on bottom of pan (poke holes in crust with fork) and bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together & pour over baked pie crust.
Put remaining pie crust on top (poke holes in it with a fork) and bake for 50 minutes.
Let cool 20 minutes so pie can thicken.
