1 gal small yellow squash
6 large onions
4 green bell peppers
3 c sugar
3 c vinegar
2 tbsp dry mustard
2 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Slice squash, onions & peppers thin & soak in ice water 3 hrs with 5 tbsp canning salt. Drain. Then add remaining ingredients.
Mix all together & boil 2 - 3 minutes. Place in hot sterilized jars & seal with hot lids. Makes about 7 pints.
