1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup honey roasted peanuts
1 tsp butter
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a cookie sheet.
Combine sugar and corn syrup in a 2 quart bowl and micro on high for 4 minutes.
Stir in peanuts and salt; micro on high 3 1/2 minutes. Then stir in butter and extract and micro for 1 1/2 more minutes.
Remove and add baking soda and stir until light and fluffy.
Spread thin on the cookie sheet.
Cool completely.
