2 1/4 C flour
1 C sugar
3/4 C brown sugar
1 T cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 C oil
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2 C peeled, chopped apples
3/4 - 1 C chopped nuts
GLAZE -
1/2 C powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 - 3 tsp milk
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients, except apples & nuts, until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Stir in apples and nuts. Pour into greased 12 C tube pan. Bake 50 - 65 minutes at 325º. Cool 15 minutes. Turn onto plate Cool. Drizzle with glaze.
