1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup oil
1 stick margarine, softened
1 stick butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil, margarine, butter; add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

Sift together flour, soda, cream of tarter and salt. Add to first mixture, mix well. Form into balls using about 1 tsp dough.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a glass that has been dipped in sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Can be used in a cookie press. Also can be chilled before forming into balls.
