2 cups water; 1 large box raisins; 3/4 cup melted
butter; 1 cup cold water; 4 cups flour; 2 cups sugar;1 heaping tsp baking soda; 1 tsp salt; 2 tsp cinnamon;1 tsp. nutmeg.

Directions:
Directions:
2 cups water and 1 large box raisin simmer 15 mins. add 3/4 cup melted butter then 1 cup cold water.
Mix in bowl
4 cups flour; 2 cups sugar,1 heaping tsp baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg.
Add wet ingredients. Place in a greased, and floured tube pan. Bake at 375 degrees 45 mins to 1 hour.
