4 C med. white sauce
4 t lobster / or shrimp base
8 oz grated american cheese
1/2 C dry Sherry or more
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1/2 t white pepper
1/4 t basil

White Sauce:
1/2 C butter
1/2 C flour
4 C milk
Directions:
Directions:
In heavy pan place white sauce, lobster or shrimp base, american cheese, Sherry, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper and basil. Heat just until cheese has melted. Add 2 cup cooked lobster / shrimp / crab. May also add tabasco.
