Pork Spareribs

Brown sugar

Favorite rib seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse ribs with water.
Liberally apply favorite seasoning to both sides and rub into ribs.
Take brown sugar and rub on both sides until it makes a paste.
Let ribs sit out until they reach room temperature.
Cook on medium heat for about 2 hours or until done.
Check with a meat thermometer.
