2 sweet potatoes
1 lb flank steak
1 sm onion (finely chopped)
8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp ginger
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp dijon mustard

1. peel sweet potatoes and then shred into the bottom of the slow cooker
2. place steak on top
3. combine other ingredients and pour over top
4. cook on low for 6-7 hours
