1 sm can crushed pineapple
1/3 c water
3 oz pkg strawberry jello
1 # sm curd cottage cheese
1 lg cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pineapple & water in a sauce pan; bring to a boil. Add jello, stir until dissolved, cool. Add cottage cheese & cool whip; stir until blended. Pour into a serving dish & refrigerate several hrs, or overnight.
