Ingredients: For "Hamburger Buns": Yellow Cake Mix 3 large eggs 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1-1/3 c. water sesame seeds
For "Hamburger Patty": Fudge Brownie Mix 2 eggs 1/4 c. water 1/2 c. vegetable oil
For "lettuce," "ketchup," & "mustard": canned vanilla frosting red, yellow and green food coloring

Directions:1. Bake yellow cake cupcakes following directions on the box. Do not use cupcake liners but grease cupcake pan. 2. Bake brownies following the directions on the box on a 13 X 9 pan.
3. While cupcakes and brownies are cooling, divide frosting into three separate bowls and mix in colors to match colors of ketchup, mustard and lettuce.
4. Scoop frosting into 3 different piping or Ziploc bags.
4. When yellow cake cupcakes are cooled, cut in half horizontal-wise to create a "bun."
5. Lightly brush the top bun with water and sprinkle sesame seeds.
6. When brownies have cooled, find a cookie cutter or cup to cut out 2" uniformed "burgers."
7. Stack brownie onto bottom "bun" and squeeze on the "ketchup" and "mustard" first. Top with a more squiggly line for the "lettuce."
8. Place the top of the bun on a press gently. You can top it with cupcake toppers or candles. |
