1 medium onion finely chopped
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ cup green pepper (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup butter or margarine
1-10 ¾ oz. can tomato soup
1/3 cup water
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. Tabasco
1 lb. franks

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy 10-inch skillet, cook onions, celery, green peppers and garlic in butter until tender but not brown. Stir on tomato soup, water, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Cover and boil for 15 minutes. Score franks on bias, add to hot mixture and cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice.
