1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese (warmed to luke warm in microwave)
2 T. sugar
1 T. instant minced onion
1 T. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda

2-1/4 - 2-1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
350º, 40 minutes (approx) - Proof yeast in water and combine all other ingredients except flour in large bowl and beat well. Add flour to form stiff dough and knead until smooth. Let rise until double, shape and place in well oiled round casserole dish. Let rise again and bake. Makes 1 loaf.
