2 pkg chicken breasts
2 potatoes, peeled and cut
1 bottle sliced pimiento
4 pieces fresh garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, sliced
5 tomatoes, diced
1 red bell pepper, cut 1/2" thick
1 green bell pepper, cut 1/2" thick
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika or achuete
3 cubes chicken bouillon
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Rinse chicken well and cut into medium sizes. Remove seeds from bell peppers. Heat vegetable oil in medium size pot. Saute the garlic, onions and tomatoes for 5 minutes. Mix the ingredients. Put the chicken, bouillon and paprika in pot. Cook until the chicken is half cooked (20 min). Put potatoes and mix all the remaining ingredients until cooked. Lastly, put sliced pimiento and bell peppers. Cover for 5 minutes and then mix. Ready to serve
