3 1/4 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. sugar
1 egg
1/2 C butter
1/2 C sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

Frosting:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/2 C butter
2 tsp vanilla
51/2-6 powdered sugar
3 TBLS milk

Cookies:
Mix together flour, baking soda and salt. In another bowl mix sugar, egg, butter, sour cream & vanilla. Then slowly mix all together. Bake cookies @ 400º for 10-12 min.
Frosting:
Allow cream cheese and butter to get to room temperature. In a large mixing bowl beat butter, cream cheese, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until frosting reaches spreading consistency. Slowly add milk to thin it out a bit. Makes about 3 1/2 Cups.
