Sift:
1-1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix:
1 egg well beaten
1 c. milk
3/4 tsp. maple flavoring

1 c. pecans - can chop or use whole

Directions:
Directions:
350º, 1 hour - Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, mix liquid in another, mix together until moist, stir in 1 cup pecans and put in greased/floured pan - let stand 20 minutes and bake.

For some added sweetness, grease and "flour" your bread pans with sugar.
