3 cup soy sauce
2 cup sugar (Splenda works also)
1/2 tablespoon Monosodium glutamate
1/6 cup sweet vermouth
1/2 tablespoon Meat tenderizer
3 cloves crushed garlic
*1 bunch green onions sliced in 1” pieces
*3 ounces sesame oil
*1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
2” x 2” chunk mashed and peeled ginger root

*If you omit these ingredients, you have teriyaki sauce

Mix all ingredients in Large ziplock bag.
Add meat (boneless, skinless chicken thighs or spare ribs work best) Seal & Marinate in refrigerator over night. Place meat on hot grill and grill until done.
