1 box penne pasta
1 pkg. mild Italian Sausage
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c.. sour cream
1 c. green onions/chopped
8 oz. shredded cheese
1 jar Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions. Remove casings and brown sausage. Mix room temperature cream cheese with sour cream and green onions until smooth. Strain water off pasta. Layer together pasta, sausage & spaghetti sauce in a 9 x 13 pan. Drop dollops of cream cheese mixture on top of the pasta mix. Sprinkle cheese on the top of all this, cover with foil. Bake for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
