"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Spread bean dip evenly on a serving plate. Mix half of sour cream and taco seasoning in a bowl. Spread this over the bean dip. Mash avocado and mix in lemon juice to prevent browning. Layer remaining ingredients as listed. Top with sour cream and grated cheddar. (I often substitute plain yogurt for sour cream.) Delicious with corn chips!
