1 1/2 cups sugar,
2 cups flour,
2 tsp. soda,
1/2 cup cocoa powder,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1 cup cold water,
1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing,
Directions:
Directions:
Place all of the dry ingredients into a large bowl and stir to mix well. Add the water, vanilla, and Miracle Whip. Beat until well mixed. Pour into 9 X 13 inch pan and bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes.
Cool and frost using your favorite chocolate or caramel frosting.
