1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
Oil for frying
5 to 8 firm ripe apple bananas

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and sugar. Stir in milk. In a skillet, heat oil on medium heat. Peel and slice bananas into lengthwise halves. Dip bananas in batter and fry until lightly brown on both sides, turning once. Drain on absorbent paper.
