8 whole chicken breast, halved, I use thighs and legs or really any chicken pieces you like
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons butter
16 ounces sour cream
8 ounces crumbled Roquefort or bleu cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Melt the butter in a large skillet and saute chicken until lightly browned on both sides. about ten minutes. Place chicken in one layer in a shallow baking dish. Mix the sour cream, cheese, and garlic, and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered for forty-five minutes.
