1 package gelatin
1/3 cup cold water
1/2 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 cup cream, whipped
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
16 graham crackers, crushed fine

Directions:
Directions:
Soak gelatin in cold water. Mix sugar, yolks and milk and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add gelatin and vanilla. Set in cool place until it begins to thicken. Add egg whites and cream. Mix well. Melt 3 tablespoons butter and 3 tablespoons brown sugar, mix with graham crackers. Line bottom of a 9x13 pan with crumb mixture. Pour all liquid mixture over crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
