4 c. flour (alternative - 3 ½ c. white and ½ c. wheat)
1/4 tsp. yeast
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. warm water

Directions:
Mix all ingredients until soft dough forms. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 18 hours. Form into a slipper shape and turn onto a greased baking pan dusted with corn meal. Cover with a towel, and let rise for additional 2 hours in a warm location. Bake 35 minutes in a 425 degree oven.

Possible additions to this bread dough: 2 T. Italian Seasoning mix, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. onion powder, 1/2 T. crushed red pepper flakes, 1/4 c. chopped green olives and/or 1/4 c. chopped jalapeno peppers. Mix and match to your taste and enjoy!
