2 TBSP. PAPRIKA
2 TSP. SALT
2 TSP. LEMON PEPPER
1 1/2 TSP. DRIED, CRUSHED BASIL
1 TSP. ONION POWDER
1 TSP. DRIED THYME
1 CUP MELTED UNSALTED BUTTER

Directions:
Heat iron skillet on high for 5 minutes. Mix dry ingredients in a bow. Dip fillets in melted butter and coat with dry mix.

Place fillets in hot skillet, cooking 2 minutes per side.
