1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. swiss cheese, grated
1 garlic clove
1 1/2 c. beer or white wine
2 T. flour
dash hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rub fondue pot with garlic. Heat beer in fondue. Toss grated cheese in flour. Add a handful at a time to fondue until it melts.
