Ingredients: 2/3 C butter or margarine, softened
3⁄4 C packed brown sugar
2 C flour
1⁄2 C chopped pecans
16 oz cream cheese, softened
3⁄4 C sugar
2 large eggs
1 T lemon juice
2 t vanilla extract
1 - (7 oz) Heath Bar, crushed

Directions: |
Directions:Beat the butter at medium speed in a mixing bowl until light colored. Add the brown sugar gradually, beating until fluffy. Add the flour and mix well. Stir in the pecans. Set aside one cup of the mixture. Press the remaining mixture over the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 baking pan (please use the pan we are supplying). Bake at 350 for 14-15 minutes or until light brown.
Beat the cream cheese at medium speed in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add the sugar gradually, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs 1 at a time. Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla. Pour over the hot crust. Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture evenly over the batter. Bake at 350 for 24 minutes or until nearly set; cheesecake will firm when chilled. Sprinkle the candy over the hot cheesecake. Cool pan on a wire rack. Chill, covered for 8 hours. Then cut into 3 inch squares to be served. |
