Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 lbs of Boneless (Country Style) Beef Ribs
1 bottle of your favorite Barbecue Sauce.
Season All (The one that is sort of red)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. I season the meat with the season all and then grill it on high on the gas grill to give it good grill marks. Then I pour some barbeques sauce in the bottom of a baking dish (9 x 13). Put the ribs in a single layer and then cover each one with barbeques sauce. Now the secret. Seal the top of the baking dish with foil tightly and bake for 1 hr 30 minutes without opening. Let rest on top of stove for 15 minutes and then serve. They are fall apart delicious and the sauce is incredible. I use it as a gravy over the mashed potatoes.
