1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 c. flaked coconut
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semisweet choc chips
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º

In a bowl, combine the crumbs, flour, and powder. In a mixing bowl, beat milk and butter until smooth. Add crumbs mixture and mix well. Stir in coconut, choc chips,and walnuts. Mixture will appear lumpy and dry.
Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place onto an ungreased cookie sheet allowing room to spread. Bake 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer to racks to cool.
