2 squares unsweetened chocolate (2 oz)
1 stick butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter and chocolate (place in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high for 90 sec; butter will melt; remove from microwave and stir until chocolate is melted and mixed with butter.) Stir in flour, sugar and salt. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Bake at 350º in 9 inch pie pan. (buttered or generously sprayed with cooking spray) for 30 min.
