3# ribs or 1# stew meat
2 T oil
1 onion
3 T vinegar
2 T brown sugar
1 c catsup
1/2 c water
3 T worchestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard
1/2 c diced celery
2 tsp salt
pepper
1 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil, add onion (chopped) & brown with meat.

In a bowl mix remaining ingredients. Pour over meat, cover & cook in oven at 350º til tender.

Chicken may be used instead of beef, serve over rice or noodles.
