1 6 - 8 lb brisket
3 T onion flakes
1/2 med onion chopped
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 c soy sauce
garlic to taste
liquid smoke
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rub seasoning on brisket, both sides. Pour vinegar & soy over meat, sprinkle onion over it. Cover & let it set overnight. Bake at 250º for 3 - 6 hrs.
