1 tbsp oil
1 lb sirloin cut into thin slices
1 can mushroom soup
1½ c green peas
1 large onion chopped
½ tsp worchestershire sauce
¾ c sour cream
⅛ tsp black pepper
4 c cooked egg noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, add onions and stir fry til tender. Combine soup, peas and soup and sauce. Heat to boil, simmer, covered for five minutes. Stir in sour cream and pepper
Heat through and serve over noodles
