1 1/2 cup finely chopped red onions-Sauteed (1c for meat mixture /1/2 c for gravy
4 1/2 Tablesppons butter
3/4 pound ground beef
3/4 pound groung pork1 3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground all spice
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream

1 egg ,slightly beaten

4 Tablespoons flour
3 1/2 cups beef stock or 2-14 oz cans beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter.

Mix meats together . Add 1 cup cooked onions, salt, pepper,allspice,and nutmeg to meat mixture.

Mix bread crumbs, milk and 1/4 cup heavy cream together in small bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Combine meat mixture and bread crumb mixture together and add egg. Mix well.
