Pie crust dough
Cranberry sauce(with whole cranberries)
1 egg yolk
1 Tablespoon heavy cream
Sanding sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange 12 -23/4" squares of dough in cups of mini muffin pan. top each square with 1 1/2 teaspoons of cranberry sauce; fold in edges.

Freeze for 30 minutes.
make egg wash by mixing the egg yolk and heavy cream together.

Brush each tartlet with the egg wash and sprinkle with sanding sugar.

Bake at 400º until golden brown, 30to 35 minutes
