Mushrooms
Chopped onions
Chopped garlic
Bread crumbs
1-2 eggs
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Oregano
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop. Set aside in a medium bowl.

Heat a small amount of oil in frying pan. Saute. onion and garlic until soft. Add oregano salt and pepper. Add to mushrooms. Stir well.

Add 1 egg at a time until mixture very moist.

Add cheese to taste.

Add bread crumbs until mixture holds it's shape.

Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 400º for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is brown on top
