Crust:
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
8 tablespoons butter

Filling:
1- 3pound container Ricotta
1 1/2 dozen eggs
2-2 1/2 cups sugar (to taste)
1 small jar cherries-cut up
1 pound wheat cooked and mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook wheat as directed.
Drain water from wheat and mash

Filling:
Cream the ricotta
Beat the eggs

Mix the ricotta, eggs,sugar, vanilla together. Stir in the wheat and cherries. Set aside.

Crust:
Mix the flour,salt and sugar together. Cut in butter. then add the eggs.

Divide into 6 even pieces. Roll 4 pieces out for the bottom crusts

Place in pie pans. Fill with filling

Roll out 2 other pieces of dough and cut into strips to create lattice crust top.

Bake 350º Until crust is golden brown and knife comes out clean
