1 head Cabbage
6 onions
1 bunch celery
two 28 oz cans tomato juice
6 carrots
1 package dried onion soup mix
2 cans beef or chicken stock or 2-6 cubes bullion with 2-4 cups of water
2 bell peppers (any color)
two 10 oz cans drained mushrooms
3 minced cloves garlic
Seasonings - any and all you wish.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all liquids i large pot with seasonings.
Cut all vegetables into small pieces and add to liquids.
Add enough water to cover vegetables.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 min or until desired tenderness.
Remember the less you cook the healthier the soup.
