1 lg. can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 C. sugar
3 Tbs. flour
3 oz. orange jello
1 can cherry pie filling
1 C. chopped pecans
3 Graham cracker pie crusts
4 sliced ripe bananas sprinkled with lemon juice
1 lg. carton whipped topping
angel flake coconut **Optional

This recipe makes 3 pies.
Mix crushed pineapple with its juice, sugar & 3 tablespoons flour in saucepan. Cook until thick. While hot, add jello, pie filling and nuts. Cook a few minutes until mixture thickens, stirring occassionally. Line crusts with sliced bananas. Pour mix into pie crusts. Let cool and refrigerate. Spread whipped topping over tops of pies when they have cooled. Top with coconut if desired. Refrigerate and serve cold. May be frozen, but allow to thaw before serving.
