5-6 lb brisket
Marinade
1/2 of 3.5 oz liquid smoke
Dash garlic, oil, salt and celery salt
salt & pepper to taste
1 C water
Sauce
1 jar of your favorite Bar BQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rub marinade all over brisket, Cover and bake at 275 for 4 hours.
Pour off marinade and slice thin slices when the brisket is cool. You can refrigerate overnight and then cover with your bar-bq sauce and bake at 300 for 2 hours. Serves 10 total time 6 hours.
