2 1/4 cup original Bisquick
2/3 cup milk
1 pkg (8oz) smoked string cheese
1 T. margarine or butter, melted
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 can (8oz) pizza sauce, heated

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º. Stir Bisquick and milk together until soft dough forms; beat 30 seconds. Place dough on surface and sprinkle with Bisquick and gently roll to coat and shape into a ball. Knead 10 times.

Roll dough out to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 8 6x2 rectangles. Roll each rectangle around 1 piece of string cheese. Pinch edge into roll to seal; seal each end. Roll on surface to completely enclose cheese stick. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix margarine and garlic powder. Brush over warm cheese stick before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
