3 Granny Smith Apples
1 Jar of Nutella
Cinnamon
Chili Powder
Paprika
Cumin
Red Pepper
1 Quart of Vanilla Ice Cream
6 Strips of Applewood Smoked Bacon
1 Box of Brown Sugar
½ Stick of butter
½ cup of Half & Half

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the Bacon into tiny bits and then add them to a bowl with brown sugar, ¼ stick of melted butter and red pepper.
2. Put candied bacon pieces on a metal tray and Cook for 30-45 min on 350 degrees. Cook until desired Crispiness.
3. Cut up the 3 apples into bite sized cubes and then caramelize on low heat in a pan by adding the remaining butter and brown sugar. (Do not cook on high heat or the apples will become too soft)
4. Add the Nutella and half & half to sauce pan and melt it down. Add the Chili Powder, Paprika, Cumin, Cinnamon & red pepper to the chocolate sauce. (Keep adding spices until you reach your desired spiciness.)
5. Mix the bacon and apples into a bowl.
6. Serve the Bacon and apples over vanilla Ice cream and top it off with the chocolate chili sauce.
