Into a blender put in order:
1 1/2 tsp lime
white of 1 egg
1 Tbsp. simple sugar (1 part sugar to 1 part water) or just 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
8 dashes vanilla (1 tsp.)
2 dashes orange flower water (1/4 tsp.)
3 oz.. gin (or less)
5 oz.. half and half

Blend all ingredients until frothy then pour into a shaker with big ice...shake hard and strain into dolmonico glass (short wide tumbler type) or 2 champagne glasses.

*You might desire to shake by hand: combine all ingredients with 5 large ice cubes in a covered cocktail shaker and shake like heck for 2 minutes. Strain into a tumbler.

*Or more traditionally, dry shake (no ice) Cover and shake to emulsify and aerate for 2 minutes..then uncover, add large ice, recap and shake vigorously once again. Strain into tumbler
