1 large boneless chicken breast-cooked
Package of wonton wrappers-large squares
Frank's Buffalo Hot Sauce
Grated cheese
Garlic powder-pinch
One egg white
Plain large bread crumbs
Italian style bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the chicken breast at 375' until done. Shred the chicken and mix in hot sauce, garlic and cheese. Lay out the wonton wrapper and put chicken mixture in center. Moisten the edges of the wonton with water & egg white and fold it horizontally, pressing the edges closed. Use a pastry brush and brush egg white over the outside and cover with a mix of the italian & plain bread crumbs. Place them two at a time into vegetable & fry until golden brown. Making sure to turn them during frying. Place on napkin or paper towel to drain excess oil off. Serve with celery sticks, extra hot sauce for dipping and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
