24 large mushrooms - remove stems and rinse
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 tsp. sour cream
4 tsp. dried chives
12 bacon slices cut in half

Directions:
Mix the chives, sour cream and cream cheese. Fill each mushroom. Cover with 1/2 slice of bacon, secure bacon with toothpick. Place on tin foil covered baking sheet. Cook for 45 minutes in a pre-heated 350 degree oven.
