2 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup of butter (melted)
¾ cup flour
¼ cup cocoa
¼ cup Nestle Quik
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl at medium speed on mixer, beat together eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla, about one minute.
Add melted butter, continue beating until thoroughly blended.
Mix in flour, cocoa, and Nestle Quik at low speed.
Stir in nuts. Spread evenly in greased (Pam) 8 – inch square glass dish.

Microwave at high for 6-7 minutes. When done, top looks dry and will spring back when lightly touched. Cut when cool.

For more chocolate taste use ½ cup of cocoa and leave out Nestle Quik.
