3 bunches parsley
1 medium onion
1 large tomato
¼ cup bulgar wheat
½ tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried mint or ¼ cup fresh mint
¼ lemon juice
¼ olive oil

Directions:

Wash parsley and chop very fine. Chop onion and tomato very fine.

Put bulgar wheat in bowl. Add onion, red pepper, salt and pepper to the wheat. Mix well. Then, add tomatos. Mix well. Add parsley and mint. Mix well. Add lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well.
